This week we took delivery of a lot of equipment! A strip till bar to install a seeder on, Dawn Strip till row units, Yetter Magnum units and a couple Salford VRT tillage tools. We are working on a few different projects all the time to try and get them all done before harvest. The forecast shows hot and dry over the 14 day and that will certainly close the distance between now and harvest. This week I traveled to Carthage, Illinois to measure up a Great Plains Terra Max 35' for a Valmar seeder install. On my route, I met up with the guys at Yetter and toured their shop and saw some cool things they are working on. We will take delivery today of a Miller sprayer that we will be mounting a FE4R cover crop seeder onto. This week we had a good run on the sales side. Cover crop seeders have been strong and a lot of interest in demos going into fall. OUR STRIP TILL FIELD DAY WILL BE TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 24TH 10:30 AM. We will demonstrate Yetter, Dawn, Salford, and a few other strip tillage items. I will release a video highlighting this event soon.
