Fennig Equipment Employee Training Days, Always Building Stronger

Today marks the final day of our employee training days, and it will be a fun one. We start the day at J&M manufacturing getting a tour of their factory. We have a couple of speakers lined up to come talk with us about various things, and we end the day with a concert at the Mercer County Fair. It is a great time to get all of the sales guys together, get everyone on the same page, and we are a tighter knit, better team at the end of it. We are blessed with some of the best employees in the business, and we are proud of the team we have put together. Next week is a big week: a field day Monday, our county fair, and a whole lot of projects in the shop.

Those of you that follow closely know, it wasn't too long ago that there were 5 or 6 of us, and today it is a crowd, a crowd of great people who will always help serve the customer to the best of their ability. Fennig Equipment has built a great team, and we will continue to have the resources to be an asset to every customer.

Our Employees Are Like Our Family

Over the years as many of you know, we have grown a lot. We went from just Gary being in sales, service, accounting, and every role, to today we have at least 3 people in each of those roles. With each great employee, we add to the team. We grow exponentially with their talent and desire to work and learn. We take pride in the team we have built because it is them who has gotten us here, and it is them who will get us to the next level. This week we met at Gary's house for days of learning and growing together, and it created tighter bonds that in the end create a stronger Fennig Equipment. We are always learning and striving to do better.

The Talkin' Shed Podcast by Fennig Equipment

This week at our employee training, we honored an employee. The employee who is and always has been the backbone of the operation. My Grandpa Jim. Many of you have met Jim before as he has delivered equipment to your farm. Jim is always willing to help in any way and still does to this day. Tune into this podcast with him and Grandma as we sat down for a podcast at the Louisville Farm Show.

The Backbone of Fennig Equipment: Grandma and Grandpa Fennig

In this podcast, Cody and I sit down at the Louisville farm show to chat with Grandma and Grandpa Jim about their roles within Fennig Equipment. Grandma and Grandpa of course are the parents of Gary, Mike Todd, and Ryan Fennig. Listen in as we talk about their past, their roles in the business, and how they like delivering equipment.
